Looks like it is still putting on weight. Also looks like you have a nanner growing out of the bud in the bottom pic. If it is, you may want to pluck it out of the bud carefully.

Put a layer of sand on top of your soil. They will be gone in no time. If you do want to hit them with neem, the garden safe fungicide 3 or other neem based garden safe products work well. You can buy them at home Depot or Lowe's. The pre mixed spray bottle runs around $5.
