Double check about doing this with already dried bud. I think it's pretty common for some outdoor growers to wash their plants this way right after chopping the plant but I'm pretty sure not after it's been dried.

I would grab and eye spy/loupe and start hunting. Doesn't look like any shiny thrip residue but something was chewing. Pay more attention to the good looking leaves, they don't like left overs.

The RH in my basement usually is around 35%. Growing in coco and watering every day brings it up to 80% RH without extraction running. I'm only in a 3x3 area mind you. Your 5x9 is a whole other ballgame. But maybe it's a different angle for you to look at.
