It’s a great calmag as it has a complete trace element profile too!
It really depends on your water source. I have soft water (38ppm) and need to use 0.5ml per 1L until early flower then 1ml per 1L until last 2 weeks of flowering.
Have you had any issues in the past with calcium or magnesium?

I have hard water where I live and I never had any issue with it you using 0.5ml per 1l what about for hard water

Well I use it cause I need to.
If I moved house to hard water I would not use it unless the plants asked for it!
Then if they showed signs of a cal/maf deficiency I’d start at 0.5ml per 1L and work my way up to 1ml if needs be.
It’s best to give less not more with plants
