Why Green algae on the top surface of the soil wtf?

1.What does it mean?

2.how do I fix it?

3.are my plants in danger? Will they survive safely through the flowering?

Green algae is perfectly fine. It doesn't do the plants any harm. I get it all the time when the plants are younger feeding until run off daily in coco. If you want to get rid of it then just add some fresh soil on top of the soil
