I'm using well water. EC is 33 and the is 6.8. How many people are doing the same and what are you doing so that it works. I'm using GH Trio plus all the supplements in coco loco ( at the moment ). Next grow will be coco, per lite based.
I've also noticed that a cup from the spigot and a cup from the gallon jug I mix nutrients in is different. Just filled the jug and without adding anything the EC was 68. Up from 33 from the spigot. Does anyone clean their containers before mixing?

It can't be 33 ec, it must be .33 ec or 33 ppm, parts per million. Most meters can display in ec and also ppm which is a theoretical conversion of ec. We can help if you post a picture of the reading or tell us what brand meter you have.
.33 ec is hard water but it's not bad and shouldn't be a problem.
33 ppm is very soft and you may need to add calmag, it depends on the nutrients used.
