Hey, at least you have some sprouted..thats the first step. they are growing and alive !! if those are fluorescent lights like the ones i have you can put the leaves very close to the bulbs. if you can touch the light without burning your finger or if it feels cool 3 inches away, the plants won't get burned. keep up with the progress.
