I apologize about the out of stock issue - we're in the process of automating our instock/out of stock tags, but right now, it's manual.

reading that back over, rather was a poor choice of words.

is there something you'd accept as a substitute?

I responded to that email and they changed the order to reflect it with cookies kush as a substitute. Haven't heard back that anything was shipped yet though. Last response from them was 4/16.

Well, then - I'll get with them & see what the holdup is - hopefully, they'll have everything together & ship it out before they even get to my email.

Still no email or order update on the website...

I know - I checked at lunchtime & sent them another email because they assured me yesterday that it would ship today.

I'll let you know what they say. My guess is they expected a shipment of seeds today & it didn't arrive. I have 2 other customers I'm helping that had the same thing happen. I sure hope all 3 move tomorrow.
