How bad are the leds?

So the leds I have are relatively cheap , I have 1 vipar spectra 450 and then a cheap “1000” watt Chinese led , I’ve decided to run both 400 watt cooled hps at 36 inches from top of plant and the vipar on only veg setting for a blue spectrum added to the hps , I have 1 plant in a dwc 5 gallon bucket , and 5 in promix hp.

I’m running 2-400s so 800 watt hps and 450 watt led on veg setting, I have a 4 inch inline fan sucking air through carbon filter into the tent , I have a 6 inch incline fan pulling air through the hps lights from outside my tent , through the lights and then into a heat vent that leads upstairs
