Certainly no expert, though I've done a fair amount of experimenting with most of the solvents typically used for extraction. I'm guessing that Iso's reputation has been sullied by the folks trying to keep over the top wineos/ alcoholics from drinking it.

take some iso and evaporate it and stuff will be left behind. whatever that stuff is you are probably smoking...
