if you want "uploading pictures" always choose "Go Advanced", upon your editing/posting page.. SCROLL downwards to 2nd box.. until you see **Attachments** section, click on button and you'll be able to upload from you computer or linking from another site.

Play around a little you'll get the hang of it no time ^^
