Any trace minerals needed is in Greensand. I use well and/or rain water. I also shake the watering jug up prior to watering, to add oyxgen to the water. I also use 70 degree water, not "shocking" cold water. I also, if in Pots, leave 2 inches free of soil on top, so I can flood the pot, add water fast enough to completely cover the top of pot, & keep pouring water for at leat 30 secounds. What this does is force all the "old" oxygen out, the water wall, as it sinks, causes a vaccum that puts in fresh oxygen. In the ground plants (my favorite method) is build a small dam/berm around the area, & flood it. One gal. on small plants, 2 & 3 on the bigger Ladies. When you do this, you will see the air bubbles come out of the ground. This is what you want. The air bubbles. I'm omly allowed so many words per post.

Sounds like your soil is good. I take it that it's the water that is the PH problem. (Before I forget, ANY type of PEAT used is anti-microbial --it kills Microbs. Don't never buy (anymore) soils or additives containing peat. To cross check, see Peat in the dirt doctors Library site. Coco is fine. Lava sand is best, it has trace minerials & retains 50% absorbtion.) I like Lady Bug products, Vortex Potting soil. For City Water, containing chloride & other BS, let set out at least over night before using. Test and if PH is too high, add a couple TBS of Hydrogen Proxicde per gal., then check. Hydrogen Proxcide is also anti-microbial, so use spraingly. Get some "Greensand" at a Local Nursery. Home Depot, Lowes, or ANY of the big box stores that sells plants & shit has NOTHING good for your Ladies. Always frequent the Local Plant Nursery.

well this is my 2nd grow 1st was a desaster but anyway im using soil for this i wanna try organic but i just wanna get a understanding of everything first... very basic gro like last time i dont have any nutes only superthrive but im in the market for some right now but im lookin for some kind of point in the right direction....any help is great thanks
