Hey man, I was reading your sweet deep grapefruit smoke report and you said you were popping a nirvana cheese. Do you have a journal link? If not, would you mind letting me know how it goes? I got some cheese a few weeks back and I really wanna find a breeder with one of proper quality. The smoke was a keeper in my book. Soaring high, with no ceiling to limit you and absolutely amazing flavor! It tasted like cheddar and parmesean.
