My grow dresser is 30"x18"x48" (LxWxH). Temps are between 74F to 77F Lights On. Temps tend to drop to 70F lights off but it really depends on the ambient temp of my room. I have a 80mm PC Fan on a variable controller for intake located at the bottom of the dresser on the side and its set on low. My exhaust is a 120mm 70CFM fan located on the back of the dresser near the top and its running full speed all the time. The grow dresser is very quiet. I also have some 80mm fans running on 5 volts inside the grow dresser to create circulation in the the grow space. This seems to work very well and everything seems to be dialed in

Once they get their first set of leaves, I will remove the humidity dome and give them a good watering to where water just starts to dribble out the bottom of the cup. (remember the weight of the cup before you water and after you water) You will want to water again when the cup feels light again. Usually 4 days or so.. Once they show sex, about 18 to 20 days, I transplant them to their final pot. This particular grow, I was going to cut the bottoms off and plant them directly into the final pot but i found that simply pushing on the bottom of the cup and turning it over allowed the entire thing to come out and transplanted with no root damage.. As for watering, It doesn't take much water for the starting phase. I plant the seedling about the height of the seed deep into the soil. When they have just taprooted and are still under the dirt, it's best pour a little bit of water, maybe 1/8 of a cup right on top and around the the seed and put a humidity dome over it with a CFL 6500K light right above it.. This does 2 things, it provides heat for the sprouting seedling and the humidity dome retains the moisture. I usually just spray a little water directly on the soil every couple days in the beginning.

If you have to use smaller pots look into "Air Pots" or "Smart Pots" they are far more efficient than plastic or ceramic pots.

I have found that 5 gallon pots are best for any autoflower if you are looking to get the maximum yield on each plant. Best of luck!
