Because my IP will constantly be changing is it possible to whitelist by username? It is likely some of the public IP's available through Tor may have been used for Spamming by other Tor users so if Whitelisting by Username is unavailable is it possible to view a copy of the blacklist so I may restrict those addresses from my exit node list.

It's alright. And Yeaa that's exactly what it was. I had mentioned a diff forum in one of my PM's and it musta set it off. Didn't kno there were rules against it. Won't do that again. Also. The other day. I got redirected to a page saying I triggered a security thingy. And that I had to enter a captcha to let them kno I wasn't a robot? I have no idea Wat I wrote to set that off. Had sum1 else say the sane thing too. Weird. Thanks for restoring them.
