    So I'm new to the site.I have a drug test Friday for a new job & I stopped smoking Aug.8th & have been taking Sonne's 7 for 4 days now. Help

    You know, would have been a lot easier just quitting a month out. All I can suggest is drink a lot of water, google 'niacin flush' -- makes even really watered down urine yellow) and get your urine as diluted as possible. Don't pee into cup mid-stream, wait till you got just enough left for the cup.

    Thanks, well I didn't apply for the job until after cause the job came to me, so I couldn't turn it down. It's not everyday one comes to u. So I just decided to go with synthetic pee instead. Everyone I talked to says that's pretty much the best way to go. So I'm gonna give it a shot
