Ugh the trimming...DO I have to trim ever little leaf or just the bigger ones if I don't will bud smell like hay??

I grew some feminized white widow from Crop King. Veg and bloom went well in soil 5 g containers. Used half of recommended fertilizer during both stages. 5 girls under 2, 400 watt led. Dried in tent 5 days until somewhat crispy outside still moist to pinch.
Problem no smell. Must break apart to not smell like hay. Trying to jar cure for 3 weeks??

Any help??
