    3w chips are older but still good. The new models are supposed to be 5w each. Bridgelux, Cree, Citizen are all good makers. 3000-3500k is good for flower. 4000k is middle ground. And 4500-6500k is good for vegetation.

    If going for cheap chinese lights. Remember you get what you pay for. They'll tell you their 100w light will compare with a 300w light. While costing only 120 bucks. BOLLOCKS! It's more like a 70w chip that compares to 125w light.
