At first I used a 8 inch buffer method between the pot and screen which is great for indicas. now a days I'm running Bohdi gear so I've moved the screen height up to 17 inches and I've found I prefer the larger gap for my training method and over all ease of maintenance. Just food for thought...

yup!!! over and over until you get a screen about 75% full leaving room for the stretch and keep doing it through the stretch. I love scrog, haven't looked back since i started it a few years ago.
