What version and how many watts is it?

I am getting ready to give straight water, added some kelp and nitrogen to green them up. Hoping for the best still vegging at 32...

I would also check current reviews as well as old reviews and be sure you know what you are purchasing. if I had to do over again I would stay away from all LED's, they all seem shaky...

so if V1-V3 are each different and also different from the 2010 model, how does changing a ps and lowering the output of the same lites bring it magically back? V1 - red/blue 90* lens. new spectrums from the proved 2010 models. made in 100,180,290,500 Watts V2 - red/blue/white/orange 90*...

I wonder the same myself, they are both in S Calif, notice all the die hard glh folks stepping up to say how well they have done. Expensive lesson, going to keep trying at least for now, but I dont know that I would buy any led's again...and my feelings are based on my newbi grow and anything...

I search long and hard and can not find anyone that can say they have had good grows with GLH 2011 V1-3 180 or 290's. It seems either they killed the grow because of issues ( similar to you and I) or they added additional lites - HPS / CFL , we are getting ready to start flowering after 30 days...

what version glh 180 are you using?

seriously man, you put these lites that close and you will not have any coverage and will definitely burn them. I am starting to agree with the power or ? of these lites. I turned on my 290 with my 180 to start and get ready for flowering --- I am running 1 - 180 over three plants - 25 to 35...

Good luck, careful with the 290 it is powerful, i had started my veg with single 180 and was starting to try an acclimate it to the additional lites, first day 12 hours and second day after several hours they looked yellowish, turned off the 290 and went back to single 180 at top of tent, as...

I notice my ph of water can be as high as 7.4 or so, are you suggesting I not do anything with this as long as the original 45 day ago soil was good --- ph that is 6.8 ish

I am no expert that is for sure and will try it one more time, Today I added the 290/230 to the tent and will let it acclimate for 8 hours, turn the 290 off and let it veg with the single 180/140 until 8 am and turn the 290 on again for 12 hours again for couple days before I start flowering

Ok, checked the 180's they are putting out 140 watts and the 290 is putting out 230 watts., sounding like all not working, and still not seen or heard from anyone that has success with the GLH lites we have (180 v1 or 2 and my 290 ). I will stutter through the next grow and see what I can do.
