    Water Cooling CXA 3070

Propane will work. I have MAPP gas. It is hotter. You might need to pre-heat a large piece of AL on the outdoor grill. Otherwise it is a heat sink and cool off the joint to quick. Could also pack it with sand to hold the heat. This is an end cap I made from stock AL flat stock and round tubing...

Have any of you used Inkbird thermostats for your cooling/heating?

I use it as a temp sensitive kill switch for my room. I have the timer cord of my lighting controller plugged into the thermostat. If the room gets to 90 degrees it turns off power to the lights. This saves my plants and room in the case it gets to hot.

    Early New England grow

Be careful putting your plants out on a 80 degree day and thinking it is a good thing. You will sunburn them and the wind will shock them. Best day to put your plants out to acclimate to the outdoors is a warm rainy/misty day. Dont be fooled by one warm day. The ground is still cold. Probably...

    Harvesting Microbes

It is a problem for isolated stands of old growth. Being taller they get harder winds. Saw a whole stand go down in a fierce windstorm.

    Harvesting Microbes

Most of the logging where I'm from is done in the winter. When there are no leaves and the ground is hard as steel. You can damage the surface but you aint doing nothing underground. Hard to see how forest compaction happens. Plenty of wind blown trees in the forest show a shallow root system.
