thanks everyone, i have managed to get it on if give it a bit of a shake but if i turn the button of and back on it will sometimes judder a bit but thats it. i have to shake it again or blowing down the filter bit lightly seems to get the fan to come on as well. anyway i think i will take it...

Hoping someone with one of these may be able to help. I have just bought a volcano but have got it home and although it heats up the fan does not come on at all. the green light on the button comes on the nothing at all form the fan. Is there something i am doing wrong?
