I have 5 seedlings that started turning yellow. 2 weeks old, been watering almost a water bottle a day through all 5. soft leaves, but yellow.

I have 3 plants that have been growing about 3mths and 2 weeks. On one of the plants it’s cola is just slightly turning a orange-brownish color. Only about 15-25% of the trichomes have turned Amber, I didn’t know if I should cut that cola or what. This is my first grow so I’m new to harvesting...
