I always have to partial harvest because I rarely prune my plants. I do remove yellow or depleted leaves when necessary. I have cured some buds from my Colombian Gold and they smell like sweet spice. The smoke is nice and it's a great weed if you want to be medicated , but still have sht to do! Lol!

I'm growing WW for the second time from reveg. This second time around has chunky buds with swollen , fat , calyxes and white hairs. I really don't see too much red/ orange pistils this time around .

Well I usually look at the whole bud(flower) for harvest. When I see pistils turning color from white, I would look at trichomes. If my trichomes aren't mostly milky/ cloudy, I would wait. Usually during this ripening my calyxes swell normally. The pistils are just an indicator for me to look at...

Yes always use silica in your watering up until harvest! Definitely outdoors because of pests that like to burrow into leaves and stems!

You have to look at trichomes. The flowers look to me that you might be towards the end of your harvest window. Did you flush yet?
