3 weeks into flower/ leaves clawing

Ok so if I'm reading that right that would be to put 12 1/2 gallons of water in each pot? Since I'm at about 4.75 gallons of soil. And I'm doing that all at once? That seems like a lot of water won't that drown them out?

I try to keep them clean. Maybe I'll try putting water in the tray not all of the runoff goes in the tray. It doesn't seem to be affecting the flowering much because they seem to be filling in more pretty much every day. I guess the leaves just won't bounce back but hopefully the problem doesn't...

My humidity ranges from 40 to 50 percent. I do get run off when I start pouring sometimes and lose some so maybe I should try giving them more and pouring slower?

I'm giving each plant about a half gallon of water. And yes some run off because of the type of pot it is. I'm not sure what you mean by rh? If you mean ph it's about 6.0 to 6.3 temps are 72 to 74 sometimes 76 depends on the weather outside since the room is in a basement

The Ph is like 6.0 to 6.3 I'm just worried about repotting because of the type of pot it's in the roots kind of attach to it. I guess I could try cutting it off and going that route to but replanting could shock them and possibly cause herms though right?

I just did that, didn't water for 3 days and it was completely dry, they were all drooping bad and I watered and they perked back up and look good but the curled leaves are still curled. Maybe they won't come back but won't get worse? Unless it's possible root bound, they are 5gallon pots that...
