Hello there! I'm gonna study abroad in France (Brest, Bretagne) for about one year and I wanna know about laws and arrests for use and possesion of weed or hashish... Is it ok to smoke? Is it common to be arrested or smth with small quantities? It would be nice to meet some locals too :D
