I only veg for like 17 days, do ya think I should just go straight for the 2700k?

I want to use flouros to side light the lower regions of my crop, I've been recommended T5 high output 6700k aquarium tubes, used for live underwater gardens, etc.. Has anyone heard of or even better used these before??
