It might be due to the light actually being a bit close.. sometimes I noticed that seedlings were stunted by too intense light. One thing that might also help is making sure the air is moving in between the canopy and the grow bulb. Let me know if this helps man.. thanks!

Yep, I think Medicropper did 2 full feeedings.. which definitely could have done most of the damage for sure.

Interesting! Yeah, Medicropper didn't have an EC meter.. but he came up with that number after the plants were already burned. Personally, I don't use an EC meter.. and the only time burned my plants is when I watered 100% strength vegetative nutrients for at least 3-5 consecutive waterings...
