i guess this depends on the structure of your room. if you can cut a hole in the wall to create just a passive intake you wouldnt need a intake fan, the exhaust pulling air out will pull air into the room from the hole you cut. but a 4 inch ducting and 2x165cfm fans will be plenty. than...

well the bigger stuff ya. i find when i leave smaller stuff, although it takes 2 or 3 days longer to dry, it tastes 10 times better. i think the smaller foliage kinda cures it while it dries a bit. which is good for me, becuase my stuff doesnt last long in jars.

well mine goes from 5.8-6 all the times and i keep it there. 5.5 to 6.0 is not a lot of fluctuation, but it might be enough to cause nutrient lock out. from personal experience i would say i dont think it will hurt anything, but i'm no botanist tho.
