Well i have two two and half feet plant that grow under three cfl that kick out about 20k lumens. My two plants take up a two by four foot space btw. You 250 MH is a little high lumens than that but not by much. If you keep your clones in a three by three space I think you should be alright.

What do I use? I use high powered CFL for lights. Farrans potting soil (no nuted soil, but very good) and the Jacks Orchid classic for veg (3-/10/10) and Jacks Bloom for flower (10/30/20). That blue dream looks like a monster. Rep to you my friend for that one.
