What's your grow area size? How many plants are you going to grow? How many CFLs do you have? I might be able to answer your question if I knew what you are trying to achieve besides 360 degree lighting.

Both photos 008 and 006 indicates you need to have some Calmag+, but I grow aero-hydro, not sure if you can use it in soil, otherwise they do look good. Also whats your PH, cuz in soil it's suppose to be 7.0, in aero-hydro it's at 5.6
