And I`ve had nothing but good results with Peat pellets, now will use them over rockwool or any other starting medium. If you can keep them moist, they offer the best germinating of seeds IMO, never takes me more than 3-4 days to get sprouts. Have you just had issues with these?

So true mate. Thankfully here in my area every head shop in a 25KM radius sells seeds and from reputable breeders. Things will get better here with time, government has yet to catch my beans I rifle all over North America yet :) KC :weed:
