Right now I'm just using a "Hydrologic" reverse-osmosis system. Only $300 and works great. Only using it for drinking and plant water though. Will be a while before I can afford a system like the one you mentioned.

How long have you had the acreage? The one I got(in sask) has town water but when I checked it the other day it's running at 1200ppm :shock:.

Yeah I've quickly learned that although they are great they certainly come with a whole new set of issues and problems that one doesn't have to deal with in the city. Like you said, still well worth it though.
