How do you ensure that the bacteria in the mosquito dunks are getting spread out in the soil? I was thinking about crushin them up and cultivating the powder in before watering but I have no idea how the bacteria are actually activated / dispersed. THanks.

So, when using the dunks in soil you just put a chunk in the water your feeding with? Do you crush it up, how do you make sure that they are all getting some of the bacteria? What do you think about crushing it up, and cultivating it into the soil before watering? Thanks!

Alright, here's an update with pictures. These were taken about half way through the light cycle today. The pots look really dry but there is moisture deep down (they have only been in them two days) and I wanted to force some root growth. They have yet to receive a real full strenth feeding...

I have had mine in there for a month with no issues whatsoever (from the tent - I have one ill plant but it is very localized and if it were a toxin in the air it would be more widespread), and have seen successful grows with them. Hopefully they've taken care of that issue.
