600w HPS and 315w with a daylight (blue) bulb would be better. I run two 315's at the moment myself. Quality is great but the yield has been said to be better if you use it to supplement a HPS. Im gonna try it myself next round for my flower room.

I use floranova bloom and followed the lucas formula, I also bought the veg for when N looked deficient and that also remedied the loss of N found in veg for me with some strains. Usually only fed with it for a few feeds and then switched back when the plant looked healthy again.

If it's just the HPS ones that have stretched then that'll be because HPS light does that. That doesn't mean to say they'll be sativa just because they stretched more. Good luck man! Supercrop or lst, alternatively take clones from the top - which woudk also be topping.

Maybe this will be the start of a career of blind smell/taste testing your plants? Best bet is to wait till harvest and side by side them with pictures and the descriptions of what they should smell like etc. Good luck :)
