Yes, if you have a spare bathroom or just a spare drain, do it. It's so mess-free it's heaven in maintenance. I'm still doing it. My tent has a hole in the bottom (I made it), and any excess watering, or splash or accident, drains right out into the sewers. No fuss. =)

Thank you! I will not top these current plants because they are 12/12 from seed. So if I top them now I end up giving them a little pause in the development timeline, and then I've defeated the initial purpose. I'll post some new pics in a little bit.

I just cut down the boy. Yes it was a boy. This morning he had larger clusters showing, I had no doubt. I considered keeping it for selective pollination but it wasn't any great strain or anything, so I got it over with. JD, I germinated a few seeds but in the end half of them died. Too cold...

Woke this morning, opened up the tent and found out I have what looks like 2 females and 1 male. I nearly cut the male down, but after inspecting a bit I was unsure about it beeing nanners 100%, so I decided I'll wait till tomorrow and see if it gets confirmed. If yes, I'll cut it down. Sadly...

I did notice it was quite an expensive line of nutes. But then again, I did see some grows that used it and the plants look lush and heavy... I guess I wouldn't mind giving the extra buck now for added value later. I've been using Advanced Hydroponics of Holland three part nutes plus Advanced...
