We grow the CC Tahoe OG. It is awesome. A very good Kush. Medicinal and soothing. Its a favorite among the patients.
Also have the CC Sour Diesel which we have not grown out yet.

Cruella (De Vil) was the most famous at my house. Her leaves had nitrogen toxicity, so she was nicknamed "The Claw". But I called her Cruella because she reminded me of the hair.
With a 10 pk your chances are very good. I grew out a 5 pk and found at least one very tasty blush pheno as a keeper. It is also medicinal for pain relief, I am told. FYI.

Tried the 'sploof'. Dryer sheets in a tp tube. Initially, I was not impressed, but I kept at it. I found that it works better if the dryer sheets are compacted into the tube. I used about 4 crumpled up sheets. I push them down into the tube just a second before I exhale.

Phil - I use about a Tablespoon of DL to approx. 12 cups soil mix (media, perlite, worm poo, etc). So I think you are on the right track there if you have hard tap water.
Start with a pH pen and see if that gives you a more accurate measurement. Be sure to properly calibrate each day of use.
Color indicator (strips/drops) are not very accurate and are easily misinterpreted.
Update the pH analysis before you start messing with other potential causes.
