Alright so around 10 pm I popped 200mg of dxm. Half hour ago I popped 180mg of dxm again. Would the last dosage count, add up to 380mg of dxm and make me trip? Or does the last dosage of 200mg of dxm I took at 10pm not count and would I have to take more to trip?
