    Anybody tried alternative lighting schedule?

Agreed. As long as the plant gets its essentials, the rest falls on techniques and experimentation of the grower. Who would have thought artificial lighting or DWC/aero would have been acceptable for growing indoors 100 years ago? It's our duty as growers to provide the best we can for our...

I believe they thought the pollen sacs were seeds.

    Anybody tried alternative lighting schedule?

Julien Tournois would strongly disagree with you. I'm only running the 6/2 for veg anyhow. I run a different schedule for flower. So far, they look as nice as any 3 day old seedling I've seen lol. Thank you for the input though. It's just bag seed, so if it doesn't work... No harm, no foul.

    Is this a hermie?

For future reference, (this is just my opinion) it's better to supercrop or lst your branches into the light as opposed to defoliation. Those large leaves were powering growth.

    Is this a hermie?

Those aren't seeds. Those are pollen sacs.

    Is this a hermie?

I don't see any pistils. I think you're referring to the stipules.

    Is this a hermie?

Doesn't look like a hermie. Just looks male. I don't see a single pistil in those pics.

Safest places in a house to grow?

I'll assume you mean law enforcement or nosey neighbors. Basement is ideal as long it's safe for the plants then. Then there's laundry rooms and the occasional attic.

The knuckle test or inch test. When the soil gets dry on the top inch. People that do that often wind up overwatering. It also keeps the top of the medium wet... Which attracts gnats.

That'll do it too. Most droop after a heavy watering. I was just checking to prevent further issues for you but you've got it under control I see. They look nice though. I just use the pot weight as reference. I don't even fuck around with the knuckle test. That's how you get gnats.

    Over Watering Coco?

I've had a mutation that was almost like a polyploid. 4 grow tips at one node. There's pics of it in the first threads I started if you want to check it out. Just go through my history. Keep in mind, I was a total rookie then lol.

Lol. Never studied farts on a scientific level. I know they're high in methane... I don't want that with my plants. Now the byproduct of burning methane, I'll take that all day haha.

How do you choose a keeper? # of cuts of each then flower?

Here's my chart. Speed of growth in veg Training ability based on stiffness of stems. Recovery rate after training Flowering time Bud density Bud structure Root structure Taste Smell High I don't rate looks because bag appeal is of no use to me. I don't sell.

How do you choose a keeper? # of cuts of each then flower?

As for ones to keep, I'll post my chart. I rate plants from 1-5 on multiple different categories. Always take clones from healthy plants and never unhealthy plants.
