If you nutrients were stored anywhere they would be getting light exposure or extremes of temperature then they can lose a lot of potency. As a side note, you probably aren't doing this but just in case... if you are misting your plant then the droplets on the leaves can cause burn patterns...

My inexperienced eye would say that the light is too close. She's got a good colour and isn't wilting so seems hydrated with no nutrient burn. So light is likely the issue.

They definitely look like it. All are milky white and you have a solid 10% turned amber. I'm a new grower so not the best eye for it but from what I know they look at peek flower.

I'm not familiar on 'drain to waste'? But I water to run off and the run off is discarded if that's what you mean? Coming into the winter she's been getting less sun so I've actually just bought a light to suppliment it. She doesn't seem to have any other issues though so I'll consider it a suntan
