The Volcano is the best, the Airizer/ExtremeQ is the best value, it's crazy that this has been true for the last 20 years. I had an Airizer before, no complaints especially for the money. It isn't as robust feeling as the volcano but does the job.

If its the spots im thinking about, those brown marks are caused by a nutrient, I forget which one. This is why some companies coat their boards with silicone.

I have a friend that's been growing for 20 years that swears by it, i use to do it but now I just flip 12/12. Btw I had that exact same tent, I can tell by the pink drip tray lol looks like it was intentionally from the factory and not a 1-off mistake.
