    Had this on cure all week, salt, herbs dryed from summer, chilies, and a ton of orange zest. She’s about to get a 2 hour smoke before finishing off in the oven. If I had a “proper” smoker I’d leave her there all day.

    You may also need a light a some space to put them. If you haven’t cloned before it really easy, watch a couple vids. Sterilization is key, clone gel/powder definitely helps. I’ve had amazing success with a home made bubble cloner, or just using rapid rooters

    For all those pork belly fans. I put a whole one, skin off, on cure last week, split it into 2, smoked one for bacon, spice rubbed and slow cooked the other till soft and tender. Forgot to take picks when they were whole. This is just before vac pack and freezer.
