Temps should be 84 to 86 degrees right now under led. If you are struggling with led for veg, usually it's because your temps are too low.

You probably are already aware, but keep your grow temps higher with led. VPD charts will help to determine optimal conditions for your grow. That's pretty basic, apologies if it's too so. More heat = more metabolism = more bud (within relevant parameters, of course).
