Pretty small for three weeks old. I'd increase my temperature to 80 to 85. Make sure to also have indirect airflow to help strengthen the seedlings. If you have a good smart phone down load a light meter app. Plenty of info here on light levels depending on the age of the plants. Good luck!

I like the company's that make the grower actually assemble the light. Wonder if the price is actually lower to the grower or if it adds profit to the manufacturer?

I didn't think about the lights that have multiple folding angles. Those I think you are right about being able to direct the light. Not sure how important it would be if a person was growing in a tent with reflective side though.

Storage and convience. Not everyone that grows has the space to leave their gardens setup all the time so the less space the equipment takes up the better.

I have two first generation 260s with I think are 3000k boards and they still are rocking!
