Yep what Jose said. I think you're okay, just keep your lights off RH in check. I know for me when I have had a dense canopy like that I found it hard to control my RH and airflow, and had problems. Early flower 52% is okay but personally i like a constant 45% after 4 weeks into bloom.

Looks fine for 3 weeks. Dense canopy, what's your room size and humidity lights on/off? Hows your airflow? I wouldn't defoliate at this point. Usually defoliate right after flip or a couple weeks out max. You could thin put the canopy if air flow is bad though. Better than risk a mold attack.
