No Is it ok to remove the branch with the bud site since it is so small and skinny and will give me small airy bud

Ok cool that’s what I’m gonna do but one question can I remove a whole branch without hurting the plant right now it because some of the lower branches are thin and not getting enough light

So I have 2 bag seeds one of them is looking real good and healthy but the other one is growing slow and doesn’t look to good is it me or the plant don’t no temps get up to 78 degrees humidity around %55 no Nutes right now both topped if u could help thanks
