Your best bet is to super crop and tie them down, just make sure to crush the stem to break down the fibres first before bending otherwise you will snap them clean off!

You divide the number by 1000 to get EC so that reading will be 0.056 EC, I would guess that means that meter is reading on the 500 scale because if you multiply your 0.056 EC reading by 500 it will equal 28 PPM which is pretty close to you 30 reading.

Everybody who has commented on this thread has told you to stop using so many additives, all you need is calmag, base nutes and either a bennie or a sterilising agent, only things I would possibly add is Silica and a PK booster in mid flower if needed.
