Sounds logical, just would be tricky to make sure the soil isn't too moist when the plants are young. You would probably want a more aerated mix that basically can't be over watered. Many do agree however that having a bit of a dry back can increase resin production and aroma's so some...

#2 would also be up for debate in a "Dialed In" soil system. I know - I used to be a hydro only non-belieber myself :oops: It does however take more knowledge and wading through bunch of bro science to get to a proper soil recipe :peace:

Notice the water level in the reservoir is much higher than in the control bucket. Makes it easy to use things such as 55gal drums for reservoirs rather than huge short reservoirs If you could sink the res in the ground or elevate the system there is no need for control buckets :peace:

Just look at the cluster fuck they have made out of the Botanicare brand. Looks like they are slicing and dicing and eliminating all but the best selling products in each brand they acquire

They are working well although there is a little something something lacking vs a Sodium grown flower.

Pretty sure Hawthorne bought Luxx. Maybe consolidating / eliminating competing brands a they also have Gavita? Then there are some lawsuits with dangerous LUXX product or something like that so it could be side stepping some liabilities :confused:

Do you notice any difference in the plants with / without the "black light bulbs"? What nm are they putting out?
