I think you may be right. I had just watered them. I was using a bottle with holes in the lid but it was taking too long so I just opened the bottle and poured. Lesson learned.

I'm using 7l pots so not sure why my roots are coming up to the top of the soil. Any ideas?

Try various types of pots and see which you prefer/ have better results with. I'm currently using plastic pots, someone on here did tell me the roots may get too hot in the plastic pots but so far they seem good.

Looks like you did get some ideas on what to do, like someone said move your light closer, someone else told you your coco needs nutes.

Regarding lst I just tied one of my plants yesterday but today she looks very droopy and unhealthy overall Could this be the reason ? I don't think lst could cause this but I couldn't be 100% sure. Mine looked very healthy the next day.
