Are you drying in paper bags, I would assume if the humidity controller is in charge of the compressor then you they probably won't be needed. Or if you're set on using the paper bags and happy to burp them then you could maybe do away with the controller altogether which would keep temp more...

My bad I assumed you meant a INKBIRD temperature controller. I'm very interested in your results, if the compressor can be used as the source of dehumidification and cooling then simply tinkering with fridge volume vs plant mass might get this pretty close to perfect. BRAVO! And Thankyou!

You could put the fridge power on a INKBIRD humidity controller, the temperature wouldn't be stable but the humidity would be much more stable, I can't see the fridge warming up too much between cycles, that's what I would do in your situation. Edit: sorry I can see you're saying it's holding...

4x Mixed strain photoperiod 600watt air cooled hood grow

I know it's a bit late, but cover ur thermometer so the infra red from the light can't warm it up, infra red increases radiant heat, you wanna know the ambient temperature. As a noob I was worried when my temp was high but in actual fact it was the infra red warming up the thermometer. a paper...

Any other gym rats out there?

Wow! Glad I found this thread, what a cool idea. I quit cannabis and alchohol in February this year, I was 18 and a half stone at 5'5, I've been on a 1500 calorie a day average diet since then and up until last month I'd lost 2 and a half stone, I started carnivore a month ago and today I'm 15...

It doesn't work haha I tried it, the pore size of their membrane is sized to work at higher temperatures. Good on u for thinking it though, seems we were wondering the same thing. That's what's got me tinkering with ptfe, hiring a material scientist is expensive though and there's a lot of trial...

Experienced Grower Seeking Advice on Budget-Friendly Lights for Cannabis Setup

I'm not sure the size of the wheelie bin they're using but I had thought a 250w hps in a cool tube with the ducting ran either side through the lid and fan attached to the outside of the lid, heck if it was legal here n they were close I'd even donate one. Before leds came along this place was...

You won't need a dehu in a compressor fridge as the action of the compressor does all the work for you, the problem is it works too well and you can't control the humidity independent of the temperature, the people who do lotus usually put the bud in some sort of porous container, pizza box...

Thermoelectric wine cooler drying and curing - DIY

Chances are you'll need to create a barrier inside a compressor fridge as the moisture would be stripped away too quickly, I'm working on a ptfe fabric that will allow moisture to escape at the correct rate so as not to dry too quickly but still allow the water to escape when certain Vapor...

I know all about the differences between hps and leds mate, I own multiple of both high quality hps and hlg Diablos. I'm asking why the op specifically isn't considering hid lighting, she doesn't have enough of a budget to buy high end leds or even mars spider farmer etc which id consider to be...

    Best system for a mother

How often will you need clones, that's gonna dictate the size of the pot you're gonna need to keep ur mother in, I'd just go for a simple drip system with 2 pots, there's loads of tutorials on how to set one up, 2 pots ontop of a tote, drip ring for each pot, pump on a timer, pretty simple stuff

    Best system for a mother

NFT is fine if that's what you're comfortable with, use a Hugo block and change out the mother regularly, so use a mother for 1 harvests worth of clones then replace her with another clone, I've kept them in rock wool Hempys, dirt, Hugo blocks both drip and flood. You don't mention how many...

The p55 is a fantastic light and I've been around king rite lights for a while, if you can afford that get it and you won't be dissapointed, I've been so impressed with them I'll be getting 4 1000w p55s in a couple months.

Sorry if this has allready been covered @Hook Daddy , has anyone had a go at trying to complete the process in 14 days? If so what were their results like and what parameters did they set? So nice to see how well the thread is doing. I'm gonna build a couple more and I'll copy your design to...

    Feed supplements

I would go for an easy to use dry ammendment too, I use ecothrive life cycle when needed, just top dress the pot every month or so, certainly takes a lot of the work out of fertilising your soil. If you really wanna use bottled stuff I'd go for bio bizz grow and bloom

Something I can be doing better?

Yeah this is abit crazy imho, I'm no chemist though, but can clearly see the problems caused by such a regimen, maybe they're relying on you using the whole line up and that's what changes the npk/micro ratios to suit each stage, pretty shady if you ask me but extremely profitable when the...

Something I can be doing better?

If you use equal parts of each throughout the grow how can the ratios change? The ratio is the number of parts of one in relation to the others. Not sure if I'm missing something here but every 3 part I've ever known of relied on changing the ammount of each to tailor the solution to the plants...
