Misting is good you can get a small pump style sprayer, does well and like its said above spray a few times a day, I bought a humidifier just because of how dry it is here, as a bonus it makes my grow/computer room very cozy.

Ideally you want around 50% RH in veg mainly depending on temps. Its good to look up a VPD chart and try to aim for the green zone.

I had to do this also, on some of them I really had to crank em down, but once I did they are solid. Had to get a set of very large channel lock pliers for them.

Put your hand under the lower stuff if you get no light on your hand they wont either and you can clean it out, you have quite a few weeks left for them to fill in. I would focus the top and thin out the bottom

Also keep in mind if you go the route of a Carbon filter you will need more CFM then usual to pull through the carbon to get rid of odor.

This and 1000x this. This is not some fancy holy grail of a plant. It will do what it needs to do to grow, keep it watered correctly and if you notice some changes, adjust your game accordingly, but honestly it will grow on its own with very little effort on your behalf.

You could try to get a net into that mix, or wait until they start stacking weight and use yo-yos

Honestly they look great, I have the same problems. Started a run without a key nute so went into deficiency. Those leaves look like poo poo, but the new ones are fine and even the ones that were bad dont look horrible now.

Sorry if I am reading this wrong, but where I am lost in your story is where you are testing your chlorine. In your nutrient solution or just the actual sterilizer mix you are making.

And plants that young should be in a base premium soil and you shouldn't have to add nutes for a while.

Looking better, if its still in veg you are going to have serious problems with height if you don't do some training or topping. Because once you flip it back to flower its gonna stretch again and be super tall. Personally I would chop that thing down to about the 4th or 5th node and train it...

Also, you are gonna wanna provide your PPM, PH etc, the red stalks in the middle usually indicate PH imbalance and/or nutrient problems.
